Physiotherapy

At Crown, our members have the chance to work with a physiotherapist as part of their wellness journey. It starts with a personal assessment to understand your body — your posture, mobility and movement. From there, your physiotherapist builds a plan to correct posture, improve motricity and joint mobility, ease pain and support recovery after injury. The work combines manual therapy, corrective exercises and targeted stretching, adapted to you rather than a one-size-fits-all routine. The goal isn't a quick fix — it's helping your body move better and last longer, exactly the kind of long-term care Crown is built around.

  • Starts with a personal assessment of your posture and movement
  • Corrects posture and improves motricity and joint mobility
  • Helps ease pain and supports recovery after injury
  • Combines manual therapy, corrective exercises and stretching
  • A member benefit, guided by Crown's physiotherapist

Physiotherapy in Baku is part of the core wellness path at Crown Wellness Club: every member can work with a physiotherapist, starting with a physical assessment in the dedicated check-up area.

What does the physiotherapist do?

The first session is an assessment — posture, mobility, movement patterns and any pain points, informed by your body analysis. From there, your physiotherapist builds an individual plan in the physiotherapy room that can combine:

  • Manual therapy and targeted release work
  • Corrective exercises for posture, motor control and joint mobility
  • Physio massage for therapeutic, focused muscle work
  • Guidance on training adjustments to protect recovering areas

Not just for injuries

Most members see the physiotherapist without an acute injury: to fix desk posture, move better in training or address a long-standing imbalance before it becomes a problem. The goal is long-term, sustainable movement quality — not a quick patch.

The physiotherapy room is part of the Health & Longevity program at Crown Wellness Club in Baku. Sessions are scheduled at reception; the club is open weekdays 06:00–23:00, weekends 07:00–22:00.

Your first physiotherapy visit

Book the initial assessment at reception. The physiotherapist takes you through the check-up area — posture, mobility, movement screening, informed by your body analysis data — and explains findings in plain language before any plan is made. Follow-up sessions in the physiotherapy room are then scheduled around your week; the club is open weekdays 06:00–23:00, weekends 07:00–22:00.

Working alongside your training

Physiotherapy at Crown is designed to keep you training, not to bench you. The physiotherapist coordinates directly with the coaches — adjusting your gym program around a recovering area, adding corrective work as warm-up, and using physio massage where hands-on treatment is needed. Progress is re-checked against the same objective measurements you started with.
